WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

On the preparation department, you will work together with a close-knit team of four colleagues on creating tailor-made elements. These elements form an essential part of the production process, as they are further processed into high-quality sandwich panels.

The raw materials – such as foam, wood, and composite – arrive in large blocks or sheets. Based on the work orders, you are responsible for cutting these materials precisely to size. For this, you will work with various modern sawing and calibration machines.

Since all sandwich panels are custom-produced in different dimensions, no day is the same. Each work order requires precision, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for quality. In this way, you directly contribute to the final result and become an indispensable link in the production process.

Your tasks include:

• Ensuring that materials are processed to the correct thickness
• Cutting materials to size at your own sawing station
• Calibrating thickness using a thicknessing machine
• Numbering the elements according to the work order
• Sorting elements onto transport carts
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• Ability to work accurately
• Ability to read work orders (you can also learn this with us)
• Good team player
• Able to speak Dutch or English
