Logistic Force places great importance on the careful and secure handling of sensitive information from its website visitors, candidates, employees, and freelancers. For this reason, Logistic Force has drafted this privacy statement. Logistic Force handles and protects the personal information entrusted to it with the utmost care.
With this privacy statement, Logistic Force provides insight into how it manages your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in various situations.
Who are we
This privacy statement applies to the use of (including access to) the website www.logisticforce.nl/en, managed by Stuurlui Online Marketing B.V. (KVK 64746496), Logistic Force Concepts B.V., Logistic Force Service Center B.V. (KVK 54491142), LF Transport B.V. (KVK 61603554), Logistic Force Holding B.V. (KVK 52850463), and their associated main and branch offices (hereinafter referred to as “Logistic Force,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the content and services provided through this website www.logisticforce.nl/en.
This statement describes (together with the documents it refers to) what personal data we collect from you and how we process your personal data.
Logistic Force is the data controller in the sense of the GDPR and thus has control over the processing of personal data and determines the purpose and means for processing.
Logistic Force sometimes involves other companies to perform services on its behalf. Logistic Force remains responsible for the processing of your personal data in these situations. Logistic Force enters into contractual agreements with these companies regarding the handling of your personal data to ensure that your privacy is protected.
Technical information and cookies
When you visit our website, the website automatically collects information about the (devices of) our visitors. This includes information such as the device used to access the website, your device’s IP address, your Internet Service Provider’s IP address, the operating system you use, the date and time of your visit, the internet address of the website from which you were directly linked, the pages you visited, the information you viewed on the website, your geo-location, and any material you upload to or download from the website. When do we collect personal data?
We are allowed to store and process your data in the following cases:
Logistic Force collects your data from the moment you fill in or leave your information on our website, sign up at one of our locations, register in another way, or when you are registered to use work-related services.
- If you have given Logistic Force permission to process your personal data for one or more specific purposes;
- If the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take measures at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract;
- If the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation that Logistic Force is subject to;
- If the processing is necessary to protect your or someone else’s vital interests;
- If the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Logistic Force;

- To record and process worked hours in our payroll system. To assess your suitability and availability in relation to placement for permanent or temporary work or assignments, which may also involve the use of test results, reference checks, and social media (if applicable for the position and mentioned in the job description).
- To contact you for commercial offers, newsletters, and promotional actions that may be of interest to you, only if you have subscribed to them (opt-in).
- To establish and maintain an employment or staffing/placement relationship with you and to carry out the relevant administration for this purpose.
- To fulfill our reintegration obligations and comply with the government-imposed objective of helping individuals with a greater distance from the labor market to find employment.
- To be able to formalize an assignment with the client in an agreement and to maintain and fulfill the agreement with the client.
- To process data on behalf of our clients in the context of a pre-employment screening.
- To promote your personal development and employability, including training, education, and testing.
- For management purposes, including management information, conducting internal controls and business security, and performing audits and accounting controls.

Why do we collect your personal data?
Your personal data is used to provide you with the best possible HR services, including staffing, secondment, mediation, payroll administration, personnel management, personal development & employability, and recruitment & selection.
Logistic Force uses your data for the following purposes:
- To match supply and demand in the labor market.
- To inform you about interesting offers of products and services from Logistic Force and third parties.
- To register and process worked hours in our payroll system.
- To assess your suitability and availability for permanent or temporary employment or assignments, which may also involve the use of test results, reference checks, and social media (if applicable to the position and specified in the job description).
- To contact you for commercial offers, newsletters, and promotional actions that may be of interest to you, only if you have signed up (opt-in).
- To enter into and maintain an employee or personnel/recruitment relationship with you and carry out the relevant administration.

What personal data do we collect from you?
Logistic Force, as your job seeker, candidate, seconded employee, (temporary) employee, self-employed person, and/or when you are a business partner of Logistic Force, may process the following personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and up to date.
Job seeker or candidate
- Personal data such as name, address, phone number, email address, and other contact details
- Birth information, age, gender
- Curriculum vitae (CV), information about education, internships, and work experience
- Information about training and education and/or tests you have taken either by yourself or through us
- Information about availability and leave
- Other data that may be relevant in assessing the candidate’s suitability, such as references, testimonials, and information about work experience
- Optional content with which you introduce yourself (video, photo)
- Other data not mentioned above, for which processing is required or necessary in accordance with or for the application of the law
- Personal data such as name, address, phone number, bank and/or giro account number, and other contact details
- Birth information, age, gender

Seconded employee, (temporary) employee, and self-employed entrepreneur
If you are going to work/are working/have worked for Logistic Force or its clients, Logistic Force may process the following data:
- Name, address, city (NAW data), email address, phone number, bank and/or giro account number, and other contact details.
- Date of birth, age, gender.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV), information about education, internships, and work experience.
- Information about training and courses and/or tests you have taken or completed either by yourself or through us.
- Information about your availability and leave.
- Nationality, BSN (Dutch Social Security Number) & identification (copy of ID card), any work permit.
- Information related to pre-employment screening.
- Information about the nature and content of previous employment placements, as well as information about their termination.
- Other data that may be important for evaluating the suitability of the candidate, such as references, certificates, and work experience.
- Additional information related to personnel, salary, and absenteeism records.
- Voluntary content such as videos or photos for self-introduction.
- Other data required or necessary for legal purposes as per applicable law.
With whom can we share your personal data?
Logistic Force may share your personal data with other entities within Logistic Force, its clients, subcontractors (such as data processors) who provide services or perform tasks on behalf of Logistic Force, suppliers, government agencies, and other business partners. This may also include cases where we are required to do so, for example, by a court order or judicial ruling.
The sharing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest, legal obligation, and/or the performance of the contract in accordance with the purposes mentioned in “Why do we collect your personal data?”.
Your personal data may be transferred outside of the Netherlands. Logistic Force has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the transferred personal data is adequately protected.
How long do we keep your personal data?
The retention periods we apply depend on the applicable legal retention periods.
Candidates (if you have not yet worked for Logistic Force)
Your mediation data (CV, work experience, education, test results, etc.) will be available for up to two years after the last contact if you have not worked for Logistic Force. If you no longer wish to be mediated, you can exercise your right to be forgotten. You can send an email to fg@logisticforce.nl for this. You will no longer be approached or mediated by Logistic Force, and we will ensure that your mediation data is deleted. After the statutory period of 2 years, your data will be automatically deleted.
If you have worked for Logistic Force
Your mediation data will be available for up to two years after the end of your employment. Certain personal data will be retained for a longer period by Logistic Force for purposes such as claims, audits, and tax obligations. After the statutory retention periods, your data will be permanently deleted.
If you no longer wish to be mediated, you can indicate this to your contact person. You will no longer be approached or mediated by Logistic Force. In that case, your personal data will be archived in a restricted environment after two years. Your personal data will then only be available to Logistic Force under strict conditions, in accordance with the applicable goals and periods.
Your rights
We value making it easy for you to exercise your rights regarding the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of the rights described below, you can contact us as outlined below.
Access and/or modify data
You can request at any time via email to fg@logisticforce.nl or by mail to Logistic Force, attn. Data Protection Officer, Heraclesstraat 6, 5048 CG Tilburg, to indicate which (categories of) data we process about you, for what purposes, the source of the data, and the retention periods we apply. Additionally, you can contact us at any time to supplement, improve, or delete your data. If it turns out that we have provided incorrect personal data about you, we will rectify it.
Restriction of data processing
If you disagree with the content of the data we hold about you, you can submit a request to temporarily restrict the processing of your data. We will then delay the dissemination of your data until, in your opinion, it is correct. You can submit a request for data processing restriction at any time via email to fg@logisticforce.nl or by mail to Logistic Force, attn. Data Protection Officer, Heraclesstraat 6, 5048 CG Tilburg.
Right to data portability
You can request the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format via fg@logisticforce.nl. You are fully free to transfer this information to third parties.
Right to be forgotten
When you no longer wish to use our services, you can submit a request for the deletion of all your personal data. You can request the deletion of all your data at any time via fg@logisticforce.nl or by mail to Logistic Force, attn: Data Protection Officer, Heraclesstraat 6, 5048 CG Tilburg, with due regard to the legal retention periods.
Additionally, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. We will cease processing your personal data for which you had previously given consent. However, withdrawing your consent does not affect the processing that has already taken place.
Procedure, response time, and costs
We aim to process your requests as mentioned in this chapter as quickly as possible, but no later than within one month. We are required to verify your identity before your requests can be processed. Your requests will generally be handled electronically, unless this is not possible or you request otherwise. In principle, we do not charge any costs for handling your aforementioned requests, unless your requests are excessive, manifestly unfounded, or if you request additional copies when exercising the right of access.

Logistic Force takes all necessary measures to optimally secure your personal data against unlawful use. We do this using physical, administrative, organizational, and technical measures. For example, only authorized persons have access to the data. If and to the extent that data is provided to data processors who provide services or perform assignments on our behalf, Logistic Force has agreed with them that they will also secure the personal data optimally.
Retention period
Logistic Force will not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing and in accordance with legal retention periods.
Questions, comments, complaints, or (suspected) data breach

Data Breach
If there is a (suspected) data breach, we ask you to report it immediately to our data protection officer via fg@logisticforce.nl.
Changes
Logistic Force reserves the right to adjust or modify this privacy statement. None of the provisions in the privacy statement are intended to create any obligation or agreement between Logistic Force and an individual. The most current privacy statement is always available for viewing on the Logistic Force website. This version was created in April 2018.
Other provisions
The provisions of this privacy statement and any disputes arising from it are governed by Dutch law
