Strong position in transport and logistics

“With the addition of Transport People, we are not only strengthening our footprint in the sector but also adding valuable expertise in international recruitment. As a result, we expect to be better equipped to deal with the shortage in the national driver market,” says Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force. He continues: “The knowledge and experience of Transport People fit perfectly with our ambition to continue growing as a leading HR service provider for transport and logistics in the Benelux.”

Growth engine: international recruitment

After years of successful growth, entrepreneurs Reinier Persoon & Dennis de Klein (former owners of Transport People) have now chosen to join forces with Logistic Force. “From the very first contact, the interaction with Logistic Force felt right; both organisations share a similar culture, and at both companies there is a genuine commitment to going the extra mile for temporary workers,” says Reinier Persoon. Dennis de Klein adds: “Our focus on international recruitment has been a conscious choice. The collaboration with Logistic Force enables us to further professionalise this activity and apply it on a larger scale, while maintaining our personal approach.”

A key strength of Transport People lies in its successful focus on recruiting international truck drivers. This activity has experienced strong growth in recent years and forms a strategic pillar within the growth plans of Logistic Force. By scaling this expertise nationally, Logistic Force actively responds to the increasing shortage of qualified drivers in the Netherlands.

Moving forward together under one name

Transport People and its labels 12Hoist4U (vertical transport) and Transport Masters (training) will continue under the Logistic Force label. At present, the teams of Transport People and Logistic Force are jointly preparing to work closely with their clients to successfully implement the labour market reforms that will come into effect in 2026. The intention is for the international recruitment team to further roll out its activities nationwide, becoming a strategic pillar within the growth plans of Logistic Force.

Growth with depth

Following the earlier acquisitions of Edco & UBrands, Transport People is the third acquisition by Logistic Force in 2025. Martin van Dijk states: “Our ambition is to be a leading HR service provider in the Benelux and to add value across all aspects of the transport and logistics sector. That is why we continue to invest in a broad, future-oriented service offering that aligns with the changing needs of our clients.”
