Logistic Force acquires VIA Logistics Professionals

Overname VIA Logistics door Logistic Force

We are pleased to announce that Logistic Force and VIA Logistics Professionals (VIA) joined forces on April 11. The acquisition of VIA fits seamlessly with Logistic Force’s growth ambition to become the leading and most prominent HR service provider in transport & logistics in the Benelux.

VIA focuses on highly educated professionals in Supply Chain and Logistics and provides services in recruitment & selection, secondment, self-employed (ZZP) mediation, and facilitating training programs.

Logistic Force (LF), a full-service HR service provider within transport and logistics, acquired the activities of VIA Logistics Professionals (VIA) on April 11, 2024. VIA delivers services in recruitment & selection, secondment, ZZP mediation, and the facilitation of training programs, focusing on highly educated professionals within supply chain and logistics. Through this acquisition, VIA broadens Logistic Force’s service offering, enabling LF to build a bridge towards higher management positions. Together, both companies expect to further increase their market share in the coming years. Majority shareholder FIELDS Group supported Logistic Force throughout the acquisition process.

The acquisition of VIA aligns perfectly with Logistic Force’s ambition to become the leading market leader in transport and logistics in the Benelux. “The acquisition of VIA gives us access to the mediation of higher-level office positions and self-employed professionals, whereas Logistic Force mainly focuses on supplying drivers and logistics personnel on the shop floor. Both companies complement each other perfectly: VIA provides access to a new segment, and Logistic Force offers VIA the facilities to accelerate growth within our nationwide infrastructure and client portfolio,” said Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force. The VIA Logistics Professionals brand will remain active and operate under the umbrella of Logistic Force. The activities of Logistic Force Recruit (LF’s current recruitment label) will be integrated into the VIA brand.

VIA Logistics Professionals has built a strong reputation in the logistics sector and has experienced healthy growth in recent years. In collaboration with Logistic Force, this growth is expected to continue: “Together with Logistic Force, we expect to accelerate the geographical expansion of the VIA label in the regions that are relevant to us. Through this partnership, we will gain access to a network of market players where we are not yet present. This creates direct opportunities for further growth and development of VIA’s activities. In addition, we hope that through our own established network, we can contribute to the growth ambitions of Logistic Force,” stated the VIA management team.
