Market leader and quality
National Influence
The current and future labor market calls for reform and collaboration. Logistic Force is at the negotiation table with national stakeholders to exert its influence on a sustainable and future-proof labor market. For example, Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force, is a board member at the NBBU and a supervisor at StiPP.
We also regularly engage in conversations with entrepreneurs in the transport and logistics sector, as well as with key stakeholders such as the Ministry and the national UWV, to think along with solutions for the labor market.
Honest and transparent
Logistic Force is proud of the many quality labels associated with honest and transparent business operations and fulfilling our brand promise The Better Job.
At the end of 2023, we began transparently reporting on environmental and social impact activities according to the new EU regulation CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. With these reports and the conclusions from the double materiality analysis, Logistic Force transforms large amounts of data into valuable insights that increase awareness and encourage impactful new actions.
B Corp, we’re going one step further
Logistic Force is well on its way to qualifying for the B-Corp certification. This serves as proof, both to ourselves and the outside world, that we meet the highest standards in social responsibility and ecological impact. We are assessed on five key areas: sustainability, labor rights, transparency, customers, and the (local) community. The approval process is known to be tough.
Working towards B-Corp status motivates Logistic Force to continuously focus on improvements in these areas. It strongly drives us to keep working hard on our social responsibility in the labor market.
