Working in systemsWhat is system work?
System work means you work in the Netherlands for a fixed period, followed by planned time off at home. You know in advance when you work and when you go home. There is no one standard system. Together, we look at what suits you best. Common systems are:
- 3 weeks work – 1 week home
- 4 weeks work – 2 weeks home
- 6 weeks work – 2 or 3 weeks home

Do I have to work in a system?
No! If system work doesn’t fit your life, that’s totally fine. We also offer jobs without systems, where you can take vacation days like any other employee.
