18 years of expertise in transport and logistics

Logistic Force was founded in 2008 by Patrick Villevoye, with the first location in Tilburg. With his experience and vision for the transport sector, he started the staffing agency Logistic Force. Two years later, he expanded the service offering to include training for the transport and logistics sector, allowing flexible workers to “work and train” with one provider.

Under his leadership, Logistic Force combined recruitment for permanent positions in 2013, becoming one of the first staffing agencies to do so. This allowed clients to be increasingly relieved of their need for quality candidates and training for their employees.

National growth

11 years later, Patrick Villevoye opened 18 new branches nationwide, and the organization continues to grow. Each branch is staffed with employees from the transport and logistics sector. They speak the same language and understand the client’s needs. In mid-June 2019, Martin van Dijk took over as CEO from Patrick Villevoye. Patrick remains connected to the organization as a shareholder.

With a vision for the future labor market, it was decided to bring in investor FIELDS Group at the end of 2021, with the goal of becoming the market leader in transport and logistics. CEO Martin van Dijk and shareholder Patrick Villevoye immediately clicked with FIELDS Group: “At Logistic Force, we do everything we can to create a sense of community by finding staff with matching DNA. The consolidation within the sector offers opportunities for Logistic Force, and together with FIELDS Group, we can more quickly anticipate this development. This leads to a larger market share, making us an even more attractive partner for our clients and temporary workers.”

Ambition to become a leading market leader in the Benelux

Since 2022, Fields Group has been guiding Logistic Force in its journey to become the market leader. In last years, Logistic Force has strengthened its national position and infrastructure by acquiring fiew organizations that are also specialized in transport and logistics.

We are proud of our new position in the 2025 revenue ranking of Flexmarkt.

2024 Acquisition of VIA Logistics Professionals

The acquisition of VIA in April 2024 perfectly aligns with Logistic Force’s growth ambition to become the leading and pioneering HR service provider in transport and logistics in the Benelux. With this acquisition, Logistic Force further supports its clients across all levels of their businesses.

The VIA Logistics Professionals brand will remain and will operate under the umbrella of Logistic Force. The activities of Logistic Force Recruit (LF’s current recruitment label) will be integrated into the VIA brand.

VIA Logistics Professionals has a strong reputation in the logistics sector and has experienced healthy growth over the past years. In the coming years, this growth is expected to continue in collaboration with Logistic Force: “Together with Logistic Force, we expect to accelerate the geographic expansion of the VIA brand into the regions that are relevant for us. Through this collaboration, we will gain access to a network of market players where we are currently not present. This provides direct opportunities for further growth and development of VIA’s activities. We also hope that through our already established network, we can contribute to the growth ambitions of Logistic Force,” said the management of VIA.
