It’s important that we get to know you well. This way, we can determine whether you fit within the company and the role you’re applying for. But more importantly, we might discover that you’d be a much better fit elsewhere or in another position. Questions you might encounter:

• What are your strengths and areas for improvement?
• How would your current colleagues describe you?
• What motivates you?

What are you looking for?

To find ‘The Better Job’, it’s crucial to clarify your preferences. Therefore, we ask several questions relating to the central question: What are you looking for? Here are a few questions that could be asked:

• What is important to you in a new job?
• What excites you most about the role you’re applying for?
• What role do you take on in a team?
• What are your career ambitions?

What do you have to offer?

We do our utmost to find the best match for you as a candidate, but we also want to satisfy our client(s). We do this by finding the best fit for both parties. We consider your wishes, your qualities, and your experience in relation to the needs of the client. To get a clear picture, we ask you questions about what you can offer a potential new employer. A few examples:

• What have you achieved in your previous job that you’re proud of?
  In this role, we are looking for someone who is… (e.g. independent, stress-resistant, etc.). Can you provide examples that show you possess these qualities?
  What knowledge and experience do you bring to the role you’re applying for?
  What can you offer the company?
