BrandLoyalty is looking for a VAS Supply Chain Coordinator. As a VAS Supply Chain Coordinator you are responsible for giving structure and professional coordination to the returns flow, while ensuring operational excellence and costs effectiveness.
As the VAS supply chain coordinator you are the person who is arranging the repacking of all remaining products, used for loyalty programms all over the world. Based on orders and data concerning the turnover rates you will make sure that stocked products all over the world are collected and shipped to the facility in Maasbree to be repacked for further use. To accomplish this, a close cooperation with the logistics service provider is needed. You will make sure all needed materials and working instructions are available and you will make a detailed analysis of the operational proces.You continuously monitor the operation (from the headquarters in ’s-Hertogenbosch) to make all necessary improvements needed to maintain an excellent performance and will visit the facility in Maasbree to set up these improvements.
Your other responsibilities :
Packaging: Maintenance of Packaging Catalogue in cooperation with Category Management, ordering of packaging material and announcement of deliveries;
Create and maintain repack manuals;
Anticipate on program results;
Efficient and reliable handling of the incoming purchase invoices;
Keep close contact with all internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze operational excellence, advising future solutions and supply chain improvements;
Review selected partners (supplier and logistics provider), creating detailed performance based reports.
Who are you?
You are passionate and committed to improving the international business. Your fluent in English as this is our language of communication and the knowledge of German is a preference. Not being present at the warehouse in Maasbree entails that you have a strong vision, problem solving and time-management skills.You are able to anticipate on upcoming problems and proactively solve them.
Furthermore you have:
MBO+ working and thinking level;
3-5 years’ experience in international SCM: warehousing, planning, sea-, air- and road freight, global transportation;
Very good understanding of Excel (MS Office);
Experience of ERP systems (preferably SAP);
