As a Logistics Team Leader Outbound, you are responsible for coordinating the outbound processes in our warehouse in Wijchen. You lead a team of approximately 15 employees in picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders, ensuring that everything follows customer-oriented procedures and guidelines. You ensure safety and maintain a clean and organized warehouse. You work with various customers and their specific processes, ensuring efficient execution of tasks. You monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary, and ensure the team meets its objectives. In doing so, you contribute to the success of both your team and the organization.
The working hours are divided into two shifts: from 07:00 to 15:30 and from 15:30 to 00:00.
