As an operator, you’ll work closely with fellow operators and production staff in a well-coordinated team on the finishing and printing department.
Your job is to set up and operate production machines, ensuring that plastic bags and film products meet customer specifications.
This is precision work – some bags may need special holes to allow stacking, while others (like potting soil bags) have specific color layers (black inside, white outside). You’ll be responsible for configuring the machine settings accordingly, monitoring the output, and adjusting where needed.
Your focus will also be on quality control: making sure colors, sizes, and finishing details meet exact customer requirements.
