WAT GA JE DOEN?

The Outbound Department is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment and ensuring they are dispatched on time. Your main duties will include:

  • Picking customer orders using a Reach Truck (high-reach forklift).
  • Packing orders according to company standards and work instructions (maximum carton weight: 30 kg).
  • Checking the accuracy and completeness of picked and packed orders.
  • Wrapping and securing pallets for safe transportation.
  • Preparing shipping documentation.
  • Transporting and placing completed shipments in the designated warehouse locations.

WAT BRENG JIJ MEE?

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • accurate and detail-oriented,
  • committed and responsible in their approach to work,
  • well-organized,
  • able to operate electronic devices and warehouse scanners,
  • able to work effectively under time pressure.

Requirements:

  • Communicative knowledge of English,
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse position,
  • Familiarity with warehouse scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
  • Ability to operate a Reach Truck and a valid Reach Truck certificate.

WAT HAAL JIJ ERUIT?

Work from Monday to Friday,

One-shift work from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM,

Weekly working hours: 38.75 hours,

Salary ranging from €15.44 to €16.28 gross per hour,

Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre (for distances over 10 km),

Stable employment in a modern and well-organised working environment.

Stap 3: We stellen je voor

Bewapend met jouw CV gaan we op pad naar (vaak) verschillende opdrachtgevers om jou voor te stellen. Of juist bij slechts 1 van die opdrachtgevers als jouw wensen zo specifiek zijn. We maken ons hard om het maximale er voor jou uit te halen.

Stap 4: Op gesprek bij jouw nieuwe werkgever?

Niet altijd is deze stap nodig maar veel van onze opdrachtgevers waarderen het wanneer ook zij de kans krijgen met jou in gesprek te gaan. Daar is verder niets spannends aan, niets om je zorgen over te maken! Wel een beetje spannend? We helpen je al te graag met de voorbereidingen. Samen komen we er wel!

Stap 5: Je nieuwe baan

Het moment is daar! Je gaat starten aan je nieuwe baan: Jouw Betere Baan! Dat betekent niet dat de samenwerking stopt, ook gedurende de plaatsing houden we nauw contact en bespreken jouw toekomst regelmatig. Zit je op je plek?
