From the very first moment, we make sure everything is arranged properly for you.
1. Interview with recruiter (we look at criteria such as drivers licenses, certificates, and motivation).
2. Interview with accountmanager (we look forward to getting to know you better. We also discuss the job and housing arrangements).
3. Meeting the client (here we discuss the type of routes, tasks, and mutual expectations. If there’s a good match, a driving test can be scheduled).
4. Your first day (we help you getting started, including BSN registration, house keys and practical information to get you started).

Every driver is different. Some prefer working in systems, others choose a more regular schedule. At Logistic Force, both options are possible. Together, we look at:
