Logistic Force strengthens position in South and Central Limburg with acquisition of Transflexion

Logistic Force, a full-service HR service provider in the transport and logistics sector, acquired the activities of staffing agency Transflexion on December 28, 2023. With the acquisition of Transflexion, Logistic Force strengthens its commercial presence in South and Central Limburg. Together, both companies expect to develop a strong market position in this region, which is characterized by its favorable location near international borders. Majority shareholder FIELDS Group supported Logistic Force during this acquisition.

Transflexion provides flexible staff (mainly truck drivers) and training programs in the transport sector on a daily basis in South and Central Limburg — a region where Logistic Force had previously been underrepresented. “The acquisition of Transflexion is a great highlight at the end of a successful 2023. We see strong opportunities to further expand our services. By joining forces, we strengthen each other’s expertise and make the most of the economic opportunities in this region,” says Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force.
